To whoever who needs.... help?
Instructions:1. Download the Android 4.0.4 factory images to your PC.
[Download Here]2. Unzip the file and its contents twice then copy all into your SDK/platform-tools folder (wherever your adb.exe and fastboot.exe files are).
[NOTE: Make sure they are not in their own folder, but have all been extracted to platform-tools.]
3. From within your platform-tools folder, open a command prompt.
4. Type the following commands, allowing each to finish before moving onto the next:
CODE
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-maguro-primela03.img */example/*
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio-maguro-i9250xxla1.img */example/*
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot -w update image-yakju-imm76i.zip */example/*
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot oem lock
5. Reboot your phone by highlighting “Start” and pressing the lock switch.
6. It really is as simple as that. Your phone is now back to a 100% stock, unrooted and locked state.
7. If success, treat me Starbucks Frappucino. Personally, love Mocha.8. If unsuccessful, I beg your mercy please read the spoiler... before cursing me.

Download Galaxy Nexus Toolkit, dump the tgz file into C:\Galaxy Nexus ToolKit\put_google_factory_image_here. Then Select "8" then "11".
