hi,

currently, for my housing area, each row of house has lamp posts..but the small roads that connect from row 1 to row 2 (in the middle of two corner lots) do not has any lamp post which lead to thieves go to backyard of house(lorong behind the house) easily without notice....

may i know the correct procedure to apply lamp post from TNB? What is the requirement and document needed by TNB so that our application will be approved?

Thanks...

I used to have this problem too...so i enquired to TNB...they said there will be a monthly fee involve..cant recall how much..I was not very happy with the reply as Why should there be a charge???

so we lodge a complain to the MP of my area, they got it done for us at no charge smile.gif (might be a good time to use them, as GE is around the corner)

Hope it helps...but try contacting TNB first thru the helpline and ask first......and see wat they have to say...

I believe that TNB will not entertain us if there is no any support documents, right?

How to contact and get help from MP? Call them or letter them?
