How I made my choice.
AP White RM1579.00 +3% CC = RM 1626.37 (you still need a monthly plan!)
SME White from DiGi RM1649.00 CC No charge. = RM 1649.00 (with RM48 x12 plan contract)

For RM23 extra, I chose SME set.

yes..precisely as wht u think..but u must take the plan that been provided to get the phone at that price..

yes..if u calculate the price+plan x 12 month then u will get how much the phone price is..but if u want to buy any smartphone make sure u take data plan..smartphone without data plan is not so smart.. 

That's why I just take the Digi Smart Plan RM48 for 1 year (RM43 if autobilling). If you buy AP set..you still have to go around looking for a data plan! Total cost will come back to about same with ORI set !

You have to subscribed to any of their data plan and be committed to it. It is worth it if you need to use so much data monthly
The advanced payment will be rebated back to you over the period you are tied with them. So nett you still save
You can only decide yourself which plan is suitable for you as only you know your own data needs
Most users 1 GB is enough ; for me I always used up to 3 GB monthly easily

However do note Digi data coverage is weaker than Celcom and Maxis. It will never hit H, H+ levels only max 3 G

aiyak..maybe la kot..bcos i only use that socket to charge my phone..will try it on other charger and another wall socket..

lets make it simple..let say that u take rm89 and u get rebet rm30 for 12 months..then u just need to pay rm59 instand of rm89..it is bcos digi will auto rebet rm30 into ur monthly bill..of course if u use more then that u need to pay more then rm59..
