Do I need to do a factory reset?
My Note is still unrooted..

Guys, yesterday my hand was abit gatal so I went and update my Note through the normal update...After installing my phone won't boot and stuck at the "Galaxy Note" screen....any idea how to restore it?

Thanks, I managed to recover my Note...I'm gonna stay away from the OTA update from now on.... If you can get in to recovery mode (press vol down + menu + power at the same time for 10 secs) then select wipe data/ factory reset and see what happens. If that doesn't work, test if can masuk download mode (vol up + menu +power). Then you can able to flash back another stock ROM using ODIN. Since you can actually boot up and see the animation, you should be able to actually save your device. |
