I had zero experience on Android before I got my Note last few days, but I followed the instructions in the first page plus advices from helpful members here, I managed to root and flash it myself. What Im trying to say is altho its wall of text of instructions, but if you carefully follow step by step, you'll be able to do it too.

But of course, I read back few posts earlier, some kindhearted members are willingly to help to flash provided meet up in convenient places for both la.

how much the cost for that? can you give me the link for flash? stable?

hey guys, i'm on alba v3, how does one delete the camera shutter sound? I'm tired of going silent my phone before i take a photo.

uncle benny, my wakelock on gps is preventing my phone to go deep sleep but, i never switch ON my gps. yesterday, there is other item but after restart, it can go back to deep sleep.

do we have to restart everytime there is something prevent it to deep sleep? please guide me. thank you

I successfully flashed to ICS Stunner 1.4.26.1
getting tired of the battery life of Alba v3 before this.

Basically, it comes and go randomly at random interval. There are people saying that it has something to do with the router your WLAN is connected to. There is no permanent fix only a temporary solution. what you can do is You need to restart your phone in order for the GPS wakelock to go away. But it will come again randomly.

there is another solution which is permanent but you need to flash to ICS which is what i did, and i have not seen the GPS wakelock for like a month or two already.

ouch, that's bad glitch.. Yesterday, there is Gtalk which prevent my phone go deep sleep. So, for me either restart everytime or flash to ICS? anyone can share if there is workaround?

But why is it something to do with WLan?

Aiyo, but i always switch on the screen to check whether any messages or not la.

Like i said, no workaround, either flash to ICS or restart phone everytime GPS appears. I've spent my time flashing to many different custom ROM of GB and the GPS wakelock is always there. Only after flashing to ICS, the problem subsides.

some forumer here reported stunner .19 is better in term of saving battery juice than .26
Nevertheless, kindly give us the review after 24hrs

Any rom that can last whole day without recharging is fine by me.
Will update how it goes in 24 hours.
