do the titanium backup also backup my game include my level stage, score everything?

yupe on German boat right now but honestly speaking nothing to shout about, the only thing added was the S Note...other than that everything is the same as GB and I found out not as smooth as GB even using Nova or Apex launcher...that's my 2 cents opinion, other might have different.

I also downloaded the 15 toggles file but haven't install yet..

Just use Odin in PC to flash any stock official rom. This question has been answered many times , at least 10 times in this thread alone, probably more than 50 times in all the threads !!!
It is not necessary to go back to GB to flash it. Whoever say is not safe is simply talking nonsense

What you wish to do. ?? When you are in download mode - you need to connect phone to PC. Launch Odin than flash away your rom
You don't do anything - of course phone will be stuck there waiting for your next action

Chasmodo a regular and very experienced user at XDA reported he hard brick his Note attempting to flash the official LPY kernel on his Note ( running Cyanogen9 rom)

for data connection for me after 24hours on official ics can say that i didt face any issue..still maintain H+ or H data connection..
