Yes, manually boot into 3e recovery after installing.
If not your phone will not boot.

After you installed the ICS via Odin. Your phone will restart.
While restarting , hold down power + vol up + home button.
You'll get something like CWM, but it's called 3e recovery.
Just wipe everything there.

After you get your ICS started, you can flash Chainfire's CF Root and get your CWM and superuser back.
Then you can restore your stuff with TB.

Correct me if i wrong first thing is open file with mobile odin then select open file the choose the rom then the phone will restart by itself. For that time push vol up+home+power button then log into 3e recovery(suppost show direction wipe all). Then after success flash ica rom using mobile odin then use PC Odin for flash the CF rite. Then im done so can restore my apps all my thing using TB.
Your phone will restart twice in this process. The first time is to install the ICS, where you can see some things on your screen. The second time is to start it. Boot into 3e recovery during second restart.

why i cant flask the cf n rom at the same time using mobile odin? Is it bcause my mobile odin is lite version?
No, like Uncle Benny said 200 posts ago, it's to prevent official ICS from reinstalling stock kernel over CF root.

When i flaah the CF using PC odin i just flas the PDA ONLY rite?
Yes, flash it as PDA. But make sure you extract the tar file from the zip.
