4 Days ago I went to Low Yat Plaza ASUS ROYAL CLUB MALAYSIA service center. My laptop heatsink fan was old n slow in rpm. So I went to the service center for a heatsink replacement which they said will cost mt RM150.
My laptop was working great just a bit hot.
When I pass to the counter. The technician checked everything, display, HDD, RAM ...everything good.He said should be ready in a week.
After a few days, they call me saying my Mainboard got burn, no display and I have to pay rm500 more. That thing is in your hand. Yous company should bear responsible with it. WTF is this a scandal ???
And this is what they reply me :

Sorry to inform that if you only change Fan and the unit won’t be able to function normally. Sorry to let you know that technical part inside unit as we cannot predict when it will spoilt . Sorry about the inconvenience caused. Thanks.
So is there anyone I can contact to resolve my case?
p/s the warranty expire 2 month ago.
