Just bought 400g last Saturday, so far these thing is awesome.. since its fasting season i can only take 2 servings during sahur and dinner. but just 1 serving during sahur it curbs your appetite till late in the evening. You can definitely feel the energy difference at the office. I really recommend chia seeds, Seller also quick and reliable
