is just beside Desa Idaman...

but now the lake look beautiful..some more got waterspot activity going on there...(motorized waterspots).. seems it the biggest lake in puchong..mayb that y hilton wana build hotel here coz got lake view........ .....soon in future i think the lake will be buzzing with activities...

He can bring you to see the showroom but I think not much unit left and developer just increase the price again. He himself have hold a few good unit in his hand but he only open to those i recommend. Just call him and tell him Jason recommended.

Is this located at Jln Desa Millenia 1 side? Or at Jln TPT 1 side?
Because so far I can see only this 2 parts are being refilled. The beautiful lake is indeed shrinking in size.

I think LSC is located north of Jln TPT 1 while the Desa Millenia site will be nearer to Millenia City.

The whole tasik prima gonna be very happening once all the project upon completion. But Lsc fetching bout 420 psf pretty steep to vest..

Saw the ad in iproperty. Very nice indeed....... Alluring design..

yup happening => something like above pic in future, i guess puchong prima/ tasek prima and surrounding area property will also get the impact of the development... wt the upcoming 2 lrt stations stations 10(puchong perdana) and 11 (puchong prima). the pictures are just overlapped without exact orientation or exact spot. but thats the overall view i guez.

The LRT station is located in front of OTK supermart. It's quite far from this project though. Estimate about 2km..

there r 2 lrt stations here namely 10 & 11.

True...the other one is still undecided, felt it will be closed to Plenitude's project eg Taman Putra Prima and Masteron's Koi Prima & Calisa before crossing over to Putra Heights' last station

What do you mean by cheap? Its highly subjective...haha

My friend brought an apartment in Desa Idaman (just right beside LSC) early this year...
Apartments there are now around Rm300k++ (try iproperty and you will get the idea)...

I also bought an unit in Desa Idaman 1 year ago..hehe..
Cheap means around 150-200k lo..dont want low cost apartment type..

To go to the LRT station in front of OTK, you need to use Persiaran Puchong Permai. You may check in google map how far is the distance.

i think with current market price, 150-200k apt is considered low cost already... most would be packed with foreigners and you have to fear for your life every night you sleep... especially nowadays where crime rate has "dropped"...

He got some nice units on hand. Some more, he said got early bird discount and freebies also.
His service quite good, can bring to see the site and explain.

Too bad it's out of my budget to buy a new property. Need to work for another few years first, or else I will also buy one.

I called the sale office and they told me this project will launch on september. Not sure is this reliable from the SO or not..

Sure? Do they told you the exact date or not? Plan to have a visit to the sales office and go 6c6c the project surrounding coz not so familiar with this location.
