Masteron again.
Koi Prima's Block C n D or Phase 2 sure put on hold. No doubt this looks better and location much better than KP and The Wharf. 500m away from LRT, much nearer compare to TW. No mention means this is Leasehold. Lol. Its leasehold anyway. Tentatively from RM 380 or RM 390 psf. Not cheap even after 7% discount. |

Woow, so dense surrounding the lake.
If the price is reasonable, then bbb again. Masteron workmanship - any improvement lately? Can't see the masterplan in the website. Not so organized though. |

I see many2 projects near this lake. Millenium city (hilton hotel, cinema, shopping mall) then got the whaft at the south of the lake ( shopping mall, cinema). LRT also coming to this part. wong ah? LH is the only downside i see. other than that, not bad.
