Nothing is certain until you receive the call to say that you have been hired, honestly, the interviewer might have revealed all of that only to suddenly get another candidate that they prefer instead. So don't put your hopes up high based on just that.

If they don't share much information about the role and company, then that really raise some red flags. Be cautious about it because those are the bare minimum the interviewer needs to know unless you are interviewing for a consulting firm and work is usually based on client and availability, which makes it understandable.
