A lot candidate presume 1st interviewer is judge your technical skill and knowledge. Perhaps interviewer already get what they wants of your skill from your resume. The purpose of the interview is to know what skills that you can protray and attract them to give u a chance for 2nd interview. Please ever don't emphasis what your resume had stated. Show them your communication skills, protray you have some critical thinking aspect for different perspective and off course related to what job u applied.

by the way has my interview yesterday, seemed to go good, had it directly with the hiring manager and one techie guy from the department that i applied to work in, nothing technical, just asked personality questions and explained to me about the job role, in the end they asked if im ok with shift work and how long is my resignation period and whether im available for face 2 face, hoping that they'll call me up for another round
