this happens to me also few times.
1st interview, after the process done then they said they might contact me in two weeks time...but then after 2 weeks no answer. i guess it's less dissapointing way to show that you failed the interview. points taken.

then after graduated i try to apply my current job now. bla bla bla & then lastly the qustions was "do you have any relatives/friends working in this company?" i said no, in fact i know about the job in the newspaper, try my luck sending resume & then hope for none. then they said "we will contact you in 2 weeks time"....at 1st i guess i was failed also becoz of the 1st experience. but it doesnt....

conclusion is to wait
