Some says; when the interview taking longer than expected, talked more about our personal(goals), talked about pay & availability, it could be a signs that we passed with flying colors.

Is it true?

What if at the same time, they didn't share much information about the role & company and seems uncomfortable when I asked about skills they required and the ad hoc/additional tasks.
