Have any of you during the interview stages had to do a field report as an assignment? Weird, huh? I applied for a sales related post at a local MNC.

I have attended the 1st interview last week and today received a call asking me to go to an assigned area and come out with a report. Would you guys do it? All my friends advised me not to since I had more to lose than to gain. There's no allowance whatsoever and need to take leave, in short spending time and money.
