I have a question leh. i attended interview yesterday. They asked for my previous manager contact as referee. should i give or should not. pls advise.

Second interview. Bring along all certs. What do you think ?

Chances of getting the job higher ? ?

Any idea? I've completed second interview since last Wednesday and duration about 1 hour. Today is Friday and I have not heard anything yet.
Yesterday email HR she said no status yet from hiring manager.

Just finished interview last night via phone interview from US. Lasted 1 hour.
Next she said to inform HR to call me to brief bout compensation n benefits. Then arrange last interview with her boss also via phone.

What is my chances? 50-50 or slightly 75% . Any idea ? Thx for input

2 working days past, Friday and today monday. No calls from HR regarding any results as per promised by hiring manager. What shall I do. Wait?

HR called and inform me 3rd stage of interview also from US. Last stage tomorrow.
What are the questions you guys know of? Since it is last interview stage. Anyone experience. Thanks for the input
