Mavik, hopefully this is not missed out, it's not something new but it struck me abit.

"Why should we hire you"

Not necessary but it is a hot favourite.

The first question is usually, "Tell me about yourself?".

Good luck

Question - "Why do you want to leave your current company?" or "Why are you looking for another job now?"

Me - The truth and only reason i'm leaving is because we have no increment for the past 3 years

I would like to tell the interviewer my honest answer. How do i put that in correct and proper manner without badmouthing my current employer?

Nuke, you may say it this way.

I'm looking forward for a career growth with the company, a new fresh challenges in workplace thats also will have a new pay to balance professional and person life. Because I wanted to fully focus while I work, by not stretching myself hard after official work just for that extra few hundred bucks that will effects my performance.

a good indirect answer for "why company should pay you well more"

Hi guys, i manage to get an interview with BTMH this coming friday. Can any employees or ex employees willing to share their questions during interview so that i will be ready for the interview.

Other than that, what are the benefits and what is the fresh grad pay today? anyone willing to share? thanks in advance.

fresh graduates for not have no serious $ commitment, should go for what you can really learn then later hop to company where can leverage on your experience for huge $$.
