Just recently attended 2nd i'view with Digi. The 1st stage with hiring managers and 2nd with hr only. Anyone can tell why is that so? Is this a new style of interview-hr later not together with hiring manager?

Would like to ask about background check.

I have attended final interview and all went well.
I'd say it is 110% confirm they will hire me as they have asked about when would I join in and the like.
Does this mean they have done background check on me?

I have had signed the consent form on the 1st interview to run for background check.
