1. Probably not directly. Perhaps ask about their remuneration and rewards philosophy, then from there only probe further. The usual increment is once a year for most major companies anyway.

2. Not bad. Ask about their experience with the organisation and what attracted them to join this company.

3. Ask about the culture. Most people underestimate this factor, but it is a big one when you can't fit in because it is a wrong culture.
