Hi

I'm currently employed, and there is this company that i want to work with. So I applied for the position trainee. Training for 4month and OJT for 6month. Purpose of the training if of course, give skills to the unemployed. A week later, they told me that I was shortlisted. I ask them, when can get my offer letter, because I want to hand my resignation. She seems to be shocked and ask me not to resign until I get my offer letter. Does the fact that I'm currently employed reduces the chances of me going to the training?
Just now she called me saying that her manager wanted to see me next week.
I'm puzzled . I humbly seek advice.

Hi all,

Just got a call from the hiring manager a week after the 2nd interview, he wanted to clarify in which dept I'd rather work because it seems to have a bit of misunderstanding during the 1st interview. Then he said he will forward my application to the HR.

What are the chances of securing a job after 2nd interview?
