I've gone through a second interview at a bank but that was for a position of management trainee. The 2nd interview was held right after the 1st interview and it was basically asking lots of questions on in a situation what would you do, or in a tight deadline what would you have done, etc..etc...

Final interview was a team assessment based type of activity where you work individually and as a team as well.
