Hi people, need some help here
When an employer invites me for 'a chat in our office', is it an interview? Should I wear formal? The company's dress code is casual cuz it's a tech company, but I'm applying for a job in the marketing team instead of the IT team, so formal wear should be more suitable, but am afraid of overdressing...

Edit: Also, I just received a call from another company for an interview and said ok. So during my first interview, IF i'm offered the job straightaway, would telling them to hold on because I have another job interview the next day diminish my chances of getting this job? (never experienced this before )
