1. Is that a head hunting firm you're referring to? If yes that means you are the right candidate for their client (the company of the employment role discussed) 2. The organization outsourced the employment to certain companies ( i.e Maxis outsourced some of the roles to their partners) so you will be scheduled to meet up with the main organization.
You should clarify that on the spot when you attended the interview...
