Hey guys, I would appreciate if you can suggest me what to wear for an "interview" which consists of other potential candidates for the job going for a rough brief on what the company does, as well as ongoing assessment and evaluation done by the company.

The company's workplace is at http://hideout.posterous.com/ and from the looks of it they look pretty casual. Like jeans, tank tops, flip-flops and t-shirt.

What do you guys recommend for me to wear, since the company's dresswear looks rather casual? Would it be too ridiculous to wear slacks and a formal shirt?
