I need some help here.

I had just gone through the first post in this thread and it is very helpful in getting me prepared previously for my first interview.I am very glad that i done the preparation stated.However, i am asked for a 2nd interview this time around and would like to know, what is normally asked and done in 2nd interview?

I applied for the post of programmer in the 1st interview and all that was done there was a long conversation about my skills, education background and some related stuff.No programming skills needed.Would the 2nd interview be testing this skills as in test?Thanks...

Just wondering, how many stages of interview it normally will be?Heard people going only 1 interview, some needed 2 times...Could there be more than 2 interview?
