QUOTE(sweet_pez @ Oct 17 2012, 08:20 PM) Practice in front of the mirror? Rehearse your answers and organize your thoughts. When you get the opportunity to go for more interviews, you will slowly be able to speak better. I can speak english/chinese/malay fluently, but when comes to strangers, I talk like a farking retard.

Thank to this thread, my interview goes smoothly today.
But I feel weird about my interviewers today, they keep asking me, "So do you have any question ?", "What do you want to know" ?
They just keep asking me again and again, like more than 10 times an I keep answering "no".

QUOTE(DG41 @ Oct 24 2012, 10:48 PM) If HR ask me this question I believe the session will extend to half an hour more. You miss your luck? What should I ask them actually ? I got nothing to ask As I read some interview tips, do not ask anything about salary and benefits during interview.

QUOTE(petirbuas @ Sep 21 2016, 09:41 PM) Hope I'm not too late to answer, but when asked to do this, I crossover/blacklist all the number. The only valid reason they would need to see payslip is to verify employment, not looking at salary. Why the heck anyone would share their current salary is beyond me. You lose the bargaining power. Granted I've worked for only less than 10years. But I've jump to few companies and the amount of increment that I got for every move was rather decent. I think it's mostly due to my firm stand on salary negotiation. If any HR people read this, and you still ask for candidates current salary "to proceed further", your hiring policy sucks. What's the polite way to reject if they want to see your salary slip? I received an offer from a company and they request the latest 3 month salary slip. Obviously if I give them, I lose my bargaining power. But I'm not sure how to politely say no, I can't give my salary slip. This post has been edited by WiLeKiyO: May 20 2017, 06:21 PM
