I was told we should cross it, similar to how we cross cheques to prevent the Mykad copy being used for  fraud/id theft. Thing is, i've never seen one of these crossed copies so i'm not sure how to do it properly.
*
It must be crossed out now to prevent from illegal usage.

Nervous is for sure. It's a matter on how you could control and overcome your nervousness during the session. Be confident on yourself and what you speak out ...

The questions that you don't know the answer will lead you to chaos.

Guys,
Is it ok for me to ask "How is my interview performance?" during the Q&A session?
*
Well, IMHO, even tough you ask, they may choose to answer that. I asked before and they said "Wait for result". sweat.gif

Usually a formal suite with a tie but without a blazer is sufficient.

It's better to do so. First impression is important.

A company called me for interview and asked me to disclose "3 years performance evaluation reports".

Is it reasonable and ethical to do so? I thought performance evaluation reports are current company confidential.

Need advices on this matter. Thank you.

I went for the interview last week, and i got this opportunity via the headhunter. If i would like to know the status, should i ask the headhunter or the interviewer himself. He gave me his card during the interview.
*
By right, the headhunter should call you for updates such as how was the session and were you being hired etc.
