I was told that my interview result will out in 2-3 weeks. However, it was almost 3 weeks but didn't received any outcome from hr.
I had sent one follow up email to a senior hr, but my email was forwarded to a principal hr. After 3 days, I send the 2nd email directly to principal hr, still no replies. This means?

Its been 4 weeks since my interview with the company.

The hiring manager told me that they will get back to me in 2 weeks (after the interview) and I didnt receive any response from them yet. Last week I called the HR Recruiter about my status and he said that they are still pending the GM's approval on my salary, position and etc etc and will get back to me by this week.

Its already Wednesday and still no updates from their end. Should I call again to ask or consider this as a goner? If it's a goner I will apply for other jobs elsewhere as I am looking to leave my current company as soon as possible.

True also, but I have limited AL to take plus dont really have the time to attend so many interviews. Sigh the dilemma
