If u are a fresh graduate, look for some company that u can learn. A good company culture is really hard to come by where no one plays politics. Some companies put u under a team leader. Communication skills is really important. If let's say there is a company outing organized by the team, better make the effort to join in
Wait till u guys meet the few unorthodox interviewers, all those tell me about urself can just flush down the toilet. I give u a real tip, just tell wat u can offer the company outright straight. Do ur research well about the company first.
Some straight to the point interviewers even ask u outright, if i hire u can u complete the job, when u say yes, u better mean it for real, u say u don't have this skill that skill and try saying u will learn some will just shut the door straight.
