a quick one, i will be attend an interview as a relationship manager. should i wear a blazer/coat? or just shirt and tie?

hey both pretty, thanks for the reply..thoguh its bit late..anywhere, i brought my blazer together, but didn't wear it, as those candidates are not wearing it..

and normally, its not so overkill for a female to wear blazer actually, even its just a executive position, but for man, if its not really a high post..it just seem too much to wear it in malaysia..haha.
