i had my third dream for the week on playing diablo3

so tat the western ppl wont feel so much boh song coz we asian got to hit the server first?

Diablo3 is an online game...Diablo3 is an online...Diablo3 is an online game....

this is the first time i'm playing a single player campaign game that requires constant internet connection....

i know you guys said the game will be lagless...but somehow i doubt it...we'll see in few more days...
and regarding the solution towards this latency issue by subscribing tunneling/vpn - is NOT a solution for me. i'm used to playing a single player game offline that doesnt require me to pay anything extra to enjoy besides the electricity bill..so paying a monthly fee to pay a single player campaing is a no-no to me.

i read there will also be server maintenance/downtime??? this gonna be bummer for me....i'm not sure how long it will be down...but somehow it just reminds me of Wow Tuesday blue...(when the server is down for maintenance)
of course, we can change server region when its down...but if i only have one character created and play till max level. i am then 'forced' to create another character at a different server just to avoid this downtime...which sucks for me...

DRM or those sort of stuff never really affected me so far - coz i dun install the game in many PCs nor have i tried to install it multiple times due to hdd crash or whatsoever...but to me...constant internet connection is some sort of DRM as well....and i hope i doesnt affect my gaming experience.

it's GOOD thing i guess as it combat against piracy but it just bring us user further away from totally owning a game...as what i read in a PC Gamer mag, the license we own nowadays for a game...is just a license to authorize us to play it. NOT owning it like it used to be....

sorry for the long story...just wasting my time here while waiting the arrival of Diablo3...

nope. dun wanna ruin my first time experience playing diablo3 when its finally launched. i mean i fear i might then just storm thru the first few level coz 'been there, done that' during the beta...

but anyway...i dun wanna argue/debate about the lagless now...

imo, during the beta there's only so many players hitting the server...
i for one, am one of those players that didnt join the beta...

if the server is so good...there wont be any doubt/fear about how we may not be able to even login to the server due to 'gangbang' from all the players around the world...
i've watched the video abt the lagness...yeah...but we'll c how.

i hope i'm wrong!
i really do.

p/s: i'm just having this worry at the back of my mind coz i'm 'forced' to quit Wow due to the latency issue....i even subscribed the vpn to play it...but at one day the latency just hit me right on my face...and i KO.

err...i know, i played D1 and D2 before. but the 'story', the 'boss', the 'experience' will be still the same...
anyway...i just dun wanna the sweet appetizer ruin my tastebud for the main course

i just reminiscent the experience of playing D1 and D2 with my fellow frens thru a 56k modem that time...

it was fun indeed!!!

1) LAN (or direct connection) served me fine during D1/D2 time
2) not for me....it's just a virtual achievement which can be achieved by anyone as well. as such, i doesnt feel much 'accomplished'
3) ??? i just wanna kill diablo. if i wanted to troll/chat wif my fren, there's MSN/Whatsapp...

anyway, the method used by blizz have been debated long before this...and i dun intend to start it all over again...

looking back at the RMAH thingy again....did anyone mentioned about the item variations??? will it be varied enuff to fill-in the RMAH? i hope it's as varied as what i've seen in WOW Auction House...

one of the interesting about Diablo games that keep me hooked up for so long is the quest for getting all those 'golden' color items and of course the 'green' items as well....

the satisfaction of getting something that your fren or other ppl didnt get is pure estacy....now u can even sell it for RM...omggg...

i think it meant for printing it out, cut it and then hang it at your doorknob...
