About creating another battlenet account with US address, the thing is you need credit card details to buy the digital, and the payment might not go through cuz your address dont match

don't think retailers are allowed to release before launch day? that'd certainly break the rules

would probably result in lots of spoilers leak maybe? (already a lot online), and maybe chaos between retailers? those who release earlier would sell more.. just logic thinkings though

exactly, people will be hardcore until they hit 60..
also it is blizzard after all, they will handle server traffic fine i guess.. no doubt there will be a few minor server tweak though..

250-300ms is very normal when playing any US server games.. won't feel any lagness at all
