Hi just wanna ask, if I were using P1 the most basic package, can I still play diablo 3 solo?

I see, if thats the case I might not have the privilege to enjoy the game I had waited for so damn many years.
I'm renting a room, and I can't subscribe streamyx is the reason I use p1. I hate them anyway.
