now i wonder what if i try register another account but instead i put US will i only need to pay USD60?

wow whole bnet forum is full with CE issue rage. a lot of stores just canceled their orders like that. seems like this CE is really different story with SC2 CE or WotLK CE

Resellers are cancelling orders because they took too many and don't have enough stock to meet every order. That's the only issue.

seems like a lot of retailers cant get enough copies of CE n cancel massive preorders. people lost the CE hope few days before the game starts sure raging everywhere.

SC2 CE n WotLK CE is kinda over produced and most seller having it on shelf still

DRM or those sort of stuff never really affected me so far - coz i dun install the game in many PCs nor have i tried to install it multiple times due to hdd crash or whatsoever...but to me...constant internet connection is some sort of DRM as well....and i hope i doesnt affect my gaming experience.

it's GOOD thing i guess as it combat against piracy but it just bring us user further away from totally owning a game...as what i read in a PC Gamer mag, the license we own nowadays for a game...is just a license to authorize us to play it. NOT owning it like it used to be....

2. Point the download save at the same directory as before
