if i understand your question correctly, which are:
a) Does the auction house work in Asian countries?
b) Can we sell stuff in auction houses from other regions?

a) NO REAL MONEY AUCTION HOUSE (RMAH) for Asia country. Only gold auction house will be available. However, do note that Malaysia is categorized under South East Asia, which means you'll be assessing the US Auction House (be it REAL MONEY or GOLD).
b) Yes, provided your item(s) comes from that same region. Meaning you have a characther in that particular region.
