share platform with Exora? do mean chassis or powertrain?
i mean does not possible to put MPV chassis into C segment car. if powertain still possible QUOTE The powertrain of a car consists of many components, including the engine, transmission, driveshaft and any of the internal workings of the engine. Powertrain management is a function of the electronic control module (ECM). Depending on the car, the ECM may also be called the powertrain control module (PCM). The ECM or PCM gets inputs from sensors and sends outputs via other sensors. source : http://www.ehow.com/about_4681370_what-car-powertrain.html |

You need to use handbrake in D mode, apply some throttle until clutch is fully engaged. This CVT is diff. from torque converter as it will release the clutch completely when you apply foot brake in D mode.
Need some time for the clutch to be fully engage |

Torque converter will always engage/drag with flywheel (spinning) in D mode. Even with low contact between engine shaft and transmission it will become significant in start and stop condition in term of fuel consumption
