if u can claim fuel, services, toll, parking from ur company so i think ok la. RM 2500 exclude or include allowance?
and you must remember the new method is not 1/3 from basic salary anymore but 1/3 from your nett salary (after deduct all ur debt, EPF, socso etc). if you still have a balance over 2/3 from your nett income. so i thk bank easily approve your loan. me also full loan. Bank Islam. 3.1% interest. but abit high compare 90% loan other bank. and fast approval also.
But i think cost of living in KL super high. RM 2500 in KL = RM 1500 in Kedah = RM 1300 kelantan in term of cost of living
the good about full loan is you can use d/payment money to invest at ASB/ Public Mutual/ Gold or something like that. bcoz with or without 10% dpayment, the amount just only around RM 100 +-. better invest to get higher return bcoz for me interest rate for hire purchase car consider lower compare dividen i'll get from my investment.
tapi masalahnya bila ada duit sebab tak bayar dpayment so gatal la tangan nak guna modified kereta. usha sport rim, tunggu bodykit plus2
p/s: mesti bos ada janji nak naik gaji kot. tu berani tu.
Quote from previous version

Fuel, Toll = no, unless it's on customer site.
Parking = Company already cover
It's not included allowance

2.5k is my nett salary, you may calculate my gross salary if you want

If it's 1/3 of 2.5k, it's about 800.
What I'm worried is more to maintenance/fuel cost.
p/s: baru naik gaji after working for 5 month

Bos xjanji pape, but you if it's MNC, agak yakin la company stable and get a freq increment.

i think it should be ok la bcoz 2.5 k not include allowance and its ur net salary. Plus you single right and stay with ur family. no need to rent house etc. If do overtime, maybe itself can cover your monthly installment i thk. Plus avarage MSC will increase their employee salary every year and less than year if you perform very well. So i thk from my understanding, insyaallah you can pay monthly installment. if you very confident i think its a worth buy. for me better get car you will use for long time (7 years above) rather than you get lowest spec car and think to change a totally new car next 3-5 years.
my advice until coming 3 month, try save every month not less than RM 1, 550/ month (RM 900 monthly installment (bayar lebih ma) + RM 200 for repair + RM 300 for toll and fuel + RM 150 for roadtax, insurance etc). if you can do that so i think Preve' CFE is a right choice for you.
