I got YES huddle but SA blur cannot help me, worst ask me to register myself and pay RM50?

Anyway, i do not blame him because he is not familiar. Lucky i ask Proton i-care and they told me that car dealer ie. branch manager or admin staff should know or able to help to register.

Haih, sometime i think  it would be better that proton just give us the YES ID and number and let us do the activation.

This YES Proton collaboration sounds kinda half baked in terms of implementation. Seems to me SAs are not familiar on how to help car owner to register for YES

Proton people if you are here, please improve this process because this is not pleasant customer experience. I had to call Proton i-care, YES and my SA and still cannot rectify this problem. If i am allowed to do my own registration, can save all this trouble and give me better satisfaction.

Giving free wifi also so difficult to get and use  

Yo, i damm happy now  . My SA just called me, they manage to get a new Solid White for me. After amend my loan this 2 days, he will register my Snow White this coming Wednesday and most probably Thurs & Friday to get the car.

fren is fren, business is business bro. if his service no good, how fren also no use.
my family had a dealer fren, we got 4 cars from him in total. but we felt that his service was not so good anymore. empty promises, no discount, delay in delivery, and some more resulted in a cancel booking cos new car waited for so long din come.
now we dun get any car from him anymore.
not generalising here, just sharing from experience of getting new car from "fren".

i just sent an email to Proton i-care to ask regarding the knocking sound from the engine IAFM+.

this the content of the email they replied to me

Good day Sir,

Thank you for your inquiry to us and interest on our product.
For information, IAFM+ is been produced through further research and development.
