Postage Policy(s):
Postage cost is bear by buyer. Post Laju cost vary based on the weight of item purchased by buyer. AR Register Post takes the normal duration of days to arrive same as Normal Post but it can be traced online while Normal Post cannot. Only document's wise product can be post by Post Express. Buyer's choice to use whatever post but we would give our advise for the most appropriate post. Tracking number will be given to buyer on the sameday once item is posted if it is by Post Laju, Post Express or AR Register Post.
Same day delivery policy(s) :
All the order made before 1pm would be posted by the same day. We know our customers want to receive their goods as soon as possible. Our staff will do posting at post office everyday in the afternoon.


Free Gift Policy(s):
Every purchase up to RM50 in a single transaction will entitle for a free gift of your choice. The gift can be any items in the sales garage with selling price not more than RM9.90. It's not exchangeable for cash .



Warranty Policy(s):
Every goods can be claim for warranty set for manufacturer defect or it is not functioning wihtin 7days from the day of receiving the goods. Please capture us a picture of the goods which is not functioning. Every warranty set would be send out with AR Register Post. We would bear the Register Post Cost. Claimant can choose to use Post Laju service by topping up the balance.

Thx for your feedback. Perhaps its still depends on the curve of the door handle that you installed on yah. If its too curvy then need to use the heat from hair dryer to shape it yah. (As in instructions) . Pmed you already. Thx.
