Which one you recommend for a beginner?

I will suggest Syntha 6 + Isopure

For beginner i would recommend you to try something tastier as syntha6 taste good, besides that it has good profile of nutrients and protein. and as you go more advance into bodybuilding/fitness i would advise you to breakdown your protein shakes into post workout and pre workout thus then i would advise you to take pure whey isolate (isopure) that would have better impact if you lift / train intense
