Hi,

I want to ask is it normal to have the tap water to have thinner smell after water storage tank leak is being plugged?

It is really an inconvenience for me to brush my teeth or wash my face.

My concern is will this thinner smell last for a long time? Is it a result of cutting corners renovation job?

It will go away soon. No worries. It's just PVC solvent

Thank You for our reply. My eyes kinda hurt a bit when washing my face. Any idea how soon it would go away?

sounds like quite high concentration to hurt your eyes..

maybe u should let your tap run so the water "move" and drain out.. taking away the "thinner" scent/chemical compound
