Hi, just wondering if anyone has the same problem with me. I went to the inspection earlier this week, and realise there are a lot of defects especially on finishing !! Even the main door is broken at the bottom part.

But the main thing which made me really disapointed is they change the design of the kitchen cabinets without informing ! Was really shocked when I entered the house and saw the island just right next to the door !! Hope the developer will rectify all the problems ASAP !

Already made a complaint to the developer about the island thing. And what they said was they will come back to the buyers with a new proposal ASAP. Currently in their mind, is either shrink the island, or move the whole thing to the fridge side. Well, will see what they can do about it.

I made a call to developer and they promised will come back to the buyer a proposal. KIV formal complaint, if they don't come back to me by next week.

Yea I listed down everything inside the rectification list. Basically I think they need to rebuild the whole unit, including the kitchen cabinets. Lol. 2 weeks for them to complete rectification works for me ! Btw does anyone have any idea where I can purchase an additional car park ?

I got the reply. Still waiting for a proposal frm them on what to do with the island. I also wrote about the island on the defect rectification list & asked them to remove it.

Yea, I keep calling them and demanded to speak to the person in charge. For now, they promise to remove the island for me and they asked me to write down all the complaints into the defect list as well. One thing to consider is, after removing the island, there'll be no sink & drawers. This I guess I need to talk to the developer again !

I was thinking about the spa too but when I checked, the floor plan in my spa doesn't show the layout of kitchen cabinet! I told the developer it's different from what I saw in the showroom, but they told me showroom design is for the other unit types, my unit types ...

Yup the floorplan is from their brochure. However, this is not shown in our SPA.

I notice many fake access card used by the residents especially Middle East people. It seems dangerous as people can just have access to ur floor with the fake card. Does anybody know what we can do with this issue ?

Yeah I hope the management will change the card system ASAP ! I realise there's a notice about the usage of fake card access on the notice board but the group of ppl don't seem to care about it !! I notice many kids still using it whenever they took the lift from/to 6th floor !
