Cheryl, which floor and unit size is yours? This is seriously very bad finishing. How can Elite Forward hand over keys to purchaser with this kind of conditions? Call and write in to your complaint.

Well, I guess this is not 100% true. Buyers hold the rights to complain or sue the developer if things are not in order.

I thought L&G MD Mr Low promised to deliver a good and beyond expectation to its owner of The Elements. So is empty promised???

I know what you mean. We all victims. We can't just keep quietand doing nothing.

Of course they have to remove and replace the sinks and drawers back to us. Perhaps back to the original floor plan in SPA. Don't expect us to find our own contractors at own cost to replace the sinks and drawers.

Anyone here do furnish your unit already? How much does it cost for simple move in condition furnishing?

Add me in also please. I am working overseas and hardly have time to go back. But I am very very upset with the bad furnishing. Mine is Blk A. Why shall we (the owners) pay maintenance fee with all facilities undone???

I think those have not taken delivery should not be paying the misc fees until they have fully completed everything. I have regretted and paid the misc fees. There are just too many defects that you will reject the delivery.

The size of the balcony does look smaller than the one at show unit which they said would be exactly the same. The moment I step in I can feel that the balcony size is smaller.

Is it safe to move in now with all the workers in & out doing the unfinish works?
