Hi All. I just submitted deposit to THE ELEMENTS@AMPAMG for Block A 23A units. 640sqft.

Last Monday when I was there at the Show flat. 5 units sold and the units i reserve was sold at even too on 21 floor.

830psf after 13% less and all fee by developer on 23A floor facing ampang hill.

Don't worried. I has fate on my judgement and so are all of you too. Singapore has more studio and yeap can rental out. KL will be the next BOOMING in few year time.

What price you buy at? I just submitted only at 830psf for 640sqft on mid floor.

I total Agreed. Not all property in flavor to all. Latest Launch at Jalan Sultan Ismail just beside Renaissance Hotel and 800m to KLCC and Time Sq are sell at 1600psf min price. (Face@KLCC)

Confident is base on yourself. Who can guarantee price up? If only confident than invest (is already Late) ... And KL Property will not be today price. Moreover, Singapore Government had already mention the high SPEED Train to KL in 90min. Only my point of view and don't code it.

thank. I got the list as Block A left 2 units on 640sqft. Block B has a about 10units left. All 640sqft and 705 sqft are facing Ampang Hill

I call up to my agent and said all 705sqft units total sold out. . . 640sqft units only 1 left and 520sqft with balance 8units. other are above 1000sqft.

Also call up another agent and said the same too.
