buy for view is stupid, the time going on, klcc will be surrounded by more and more other building. i bet that arte+ also block view by some other building after complete

the expectation location mall would be the whole flamingo area(included lake), now the land owner is mphb . the rumour is malton/desmond will joint venture or buy this land from mphb. if deal, the lake will be fill up
