jz sign LOA for a small unit 520sft2, under DIBS scheme.
wish can enjoy over that room on weekend since got lot of facilities there....

true....they re-launch with smaller unit....
but is open not only for bumi....since i was a chinese....
anyhow, their packages really temp if u take m-city within few hundred metre away as a comparison.....
* but have to admit their marketing isnt strong enuf for stil have units left after this promotion, :s
