i saw m-city also no longer a big hole already. moving towards same level as the road. nice... i cannot wait for everything to move on. mrt circle line also confirmed to be nearby. those who bashed elements and m-city saying will get burned la this la that la, i am sure some of them are starting to regret of what they said.

It is quite near. I would say probably from my balcony is 50m to the compound of the condo next to it. Try going there. It is not that bad coz they maintain it quite well.mine is facing their swimming pool

Rental for a few years then sell.that is the initial plan but if rental is good, i may think otherwise. Having an mrt circle link to major shopping malls will make me think many times before selling

Yup. If m city sells at least at par to elements, it could have been more saleable. Unfortunately too much difference as compared to elements.

When they bought as early buyer, it was already 20-30% more expensive than elements. If suddenly TMS starts selling at elements' price, surely marah wan
