I call up to my agent and said all 705sqft units total sold out. . . 640sqft units only 1 left and 520sqft with balance 8units. other are above 1000sqft.

See. I told u very hard to belive someone sometimes. Dont know la why suddenly 30% unsold. Cannot be leh coz when i said i wanna buy that unit or else forget it, they didnt budge.
