alot agent sell their package recently, found quite attractive but capital gain might be slightly low compare early bird bought during launching

Hi All. I just submitted deposit to THE ELEMENTS@AMPAMG for Block A 23A units. 640sqft.

Last Monday when I was there at the Show flat. 5 units sold and the units i reserve was sold at even too on 21 floor.

Element ampang considered bad respond all this while due to pricing can't match with area... Cause even now this have built up to 22 nd floor now but still units avaliable....
If u compare to saville Bangsar at Lembah pantai, it has been fully sold even is only to finish by next 3 yrs... |
